Swap Destinations offers competitive rates for all
seasons. We make your dream vacation affordable.
High Season
January $ 6,500.00 / month
February&March $ 7,000.00 / month
April $ 6,500.00 / month
Off Season
May - December $ 5,000.00/month
All renters are required to join Sea Oaks as a temporary member for a fee of $107. per week plus a $50.00 application fee.
This entitles all renters unlimited use of all the facilities at no extra charge.
Food and beverages are billed separately.
Mandatory Florida taxes to be added. You can also request information directly via our website.
Additional Information
The first night's deposit is required at the time of booking; reservations are confirmed upon receipt of the deposit.
If you need to cancel or change your reservation, be sure to let us know as soon as possible. Your deposit may be refunded up to 2 weeks prior to your stay.
Check-in time is 3 PM, check-out no later than noon.
